At our business we sell many kinds of hardwood/laminate flooring, but the quality of some of the flooring affects the price and the popularity that they each have. For instance, Bruce is more expensive then Mohawk because Bruce's flooring has better quality than Mohawk's. Mohawk flooring may generate more holes and scratches than Bruce. But that characteristic makes Mohawk more popular because of the cheap price. Most customers use better flooring for their own house then when they sell it to tenants, making customers themselves satisfied and pay up with efficient prices.
